Mediacom DVR Issues

Our DVR was messed up this morning. Mediacom ended up resetting it or something and now the channels work but ive lost all my recordings from the past two years. Anyone have similar issues? Any hope of getting them back? Mediacom won't answer the phone

Wonder if any of the problems come from the all digital changeover? Mine had some funky lights on it this morning, but works fine (though I haven't checked my recordings). I'll be ****** if they're gone, as I have the UConn and Kentucky games on there.

Mine had a display of "d1" on it this morning even though the receiver was not turned on. Just checked and all of my recordings are still on it. The "d1" display went off by itself after a while.

Motorola boxes? Sounds like they were pushing a firmware update and something went wrong.
