The kid is good but I'm not sure I could put up with his douchieness. He is one arrogant ****.

Because he is passionate about what he does? The passion that people have for things is what makes us enjoy them. Hell, if Rhoads wasn't passionate about football he wouldn't be near as fun of a coach to watch. I also love Henderson's comment that he has fun with it because some fans take some of these sports too seriously, which is true.

So you don't think he is arrogant? You think that statement would be false?

Not really. I think he is probably as arrogant as any other athlete, but he just loves the game he plays more than some. I mean you can tell this kid loves basketball just based on the way he plays.

Anyone who wants this kid as a Cyclone....exit door left NOW.

"I'm trying to get paid here soon because I'm tired of doing all this stuff for free," Henderson said in Kansas City on Thursday. "And this is where you make your money, the NCAA tournament."

This kid is one of the biggest d-bags in college sports. PASS

So I should be against him because he says what every other player is thinking? All of the one and dones are the exact same way.

Good point. One of the worst things people can want in life is being paid for their talents. Good call.

Switching gears: I look at the Auburn thing and I think, "It's funny. Probably going too far. Not sure I like it."
Then I think of him doing that at Kansas, and I have trouble thinking I would be laughing myself silly.

The next thing should be "Did you like what Elijah Johnson did at Hilton?" No, I didn't. He did that at our place. I hate that. That's how the fan thing works.

Hypothetical:

Rashad Vaughn commits to ISU, says he wants to play his one year of college ball in Ames before leaving to get paid.

Do you tell him to "exit door left NOW"?

It's a **** poor attitude that you'd never hear from one of our guys under Fred. No room for that ****. Instead of talking about being "tired" of playing D-1 basketball, he should be thinking about beating Wisconsin.

Can't imagine how much I would hate him if he played for Kansas State. K State usually have one guy I just despise.
