Apparently the other behind the basket area is fenced-in too. Guess they want to prevent future court storms?
We noticed that. Probably it was to have been there for the beginning of the sports season. It does make a wider clear area for the “permitted folk” to walk around the ends.
Was there a problem that this fence was intended to solve? If it relates to player safety, I predict an increase of injuries as players hit the fence compared to just going into the crowd.
That could be a stretch. After going through cheerleaders/ tables, there’s probably 10 ft. of floor before you’d get to the fence.
That student section area is starting to look weirder and weirder. What other school cages in their students? I hate how far away it is from the court as well.
The start of the student section is about a mile from the court. Doubt it ever happens.
I noticed them putting that fence up the other night after the men’s pine bluff game but assumed it would be taken back down again for games.
Nice to see the sisters put up 90 and get a little more of the bench in during the fourth quarter. The ladies need some rest before Wednesday!

Interesting but don't care who was out there as long as the starters get as much rest as possible.
