In YOUR opinion what is the rudiest city that you have been to? I expect Iowa City to be named numerious times.

Lawrence, Kansas. Rudest people I have ever met, not because they were KU fans, because some of them werent.

I know it sounds like a usual stereotype to label the French as rude, but in this case it fits. If they find out you're an American then you might as well go home, because your not going to get any service. The further you get from Paris the nicer people get, especially to the north. They have constant reminders of America's generosity in the form of WWII memorials and American soldier's gravestones.

Hmmm I had more trouble outside of Paris than I did in it... though I made it a point not to be "the ugly American"


I did think of putting Paris down but I really didn't have an issue there...

The McDonalds by Versailles on the other hand... :skeptical:
