In YOUR opinion what is the rudiest city that you have been to? I expect Iowa City to be named numerious times.

I'd agree with New York also, even though it is a cool place. To me, in NY rudeness is just part of the charm.

Paris, France.

I know it sounds like a usual stereotype to label the French as rude, but in this case it fits. If they find out you're an American then you might as well go home, because your not going to get any service. The further you get from Paris the nicer people get, especially to the north. They have constant reminders of America's generosity in the form of WWII memorials and American soldier's gravestones.

I believe you are the only non-Arizonan I've ever heard say San Diego is a rude town. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Hmmm I had more trouble outside of Paris than I did in it... though I made it a point not to be "the ugly American"


I did think of putting Paris down but I really didn't have an issue there...

The McDonalds by Versailles on the other hand... :skeptical:
