if West Virginia finished third that would be good news for Iowa State as they would have the tiebreaker and would "technically" win the conference and be the number 1 seed, Kansas needs to drop a game at home I think.

Dang Tech loss...an that one Pt loss at Baylor also stings.

We just have to take care of our own business and be rooting for a few of our conf buddies to knock off KU at home.

Kansas' schedule is pretty easy the rest of the way, Iowa State's is not. Would need a McLemore Kansas choke to have any chance.

We have a much tougher row to hoe. If KU loses another game I'd be surprised. If we lost at least 2 more I won't be surprised. Would be nice to have the tech game back...

Schedules the rest of the way.

Both play:
@ Oklahoma
@ Kansas State
vs. Baylor

Iowa State plays:
@ Oklahoma State
@ Texas
@ TCU
vs. West Virginia
vs. Oklahoma

Kansas plays:
@ Texas Tech
@ West Virginia
vs. TCU
vs. Texas
vs. West Virginia

Out of the last eight games, ISU needs to beat KU by one game in order to tie them and share the title.

@OSU @UT @OU and @ KSU. Must win 3 out of those 4 to have any chance.

That Baylor loss hurts every bit as the Tech loss. We could be alone in first .

Honestly, lets talk about this after we play OU monday. We come out of norman with a win and i'll start believing its possible to catch Kansas.

I agree with you and I imagine that you assume we win the rest. I think Iowa State has to finish 7-1 in order to have a shot at this. 14-4 looks to be the worst record that might get a piece of the title and ISU already has three conference losses.

And to get to 7-1, winning on Monday @ Oklahoma would be huge. If we drop that game then we basically would have to win out to have a shot.

We have virtually the same schedule. But please go on...

Kansas has four road games left (one against the 10th place team). Iowa State has five. That alone is a big difference in this conference.
