My guess his #2 is UNI and you can pretty much lump them in with Hawk fans anyways. Anyone know a UNI fan that prefers ISU over Iowa because I'm not sure I have ever met one.
Al 4 st8 wife and my brother in law. Thats all I know.

He's wrong about Eastern Iowa. No idea who he thinks is #2. There's nobody close.Heard Trent say at the beginning of the Drive, I don't know why he was on, but he said ISU is maybe #5 in the Sioux City area and #3 at best in eastern Iowa. There are a lot of Cyclones in eastern Iowa and Trent is just way off on that. Anyway, I shut it off soon thereafter.
I actually know a number of UNI fans who hate Iowa. I also know very few UNI fans though. My guess his #2 is UNI and you can pretty much lump them in with Hawk fans anyways. Anyone know a UNI fan that prefers ISU over Iowa because I'm not sure I have ever met one.
Notre Dame?#3 in Eastern Iowa? We're behind Iowa, but who is #2? If he thinks there are more Wisconsin or Illinois fans in eastern Iowa, he's just dead ******* wrong.
ISU's maybe #3 at worst in Sioux City. Sure as **** aren't #5.
I live in far NE Iowa. ISU fans strongly outnumber anyone after Iowa. Like not even close.Maybe some WI fans in far NE Iowa? But we have a big enough alumni base in CR I’d be surprised if we were worst than #2.
And yes, at worst we’re 3rd in SC behind Nebraska. Does he think SDSU has a big following? Did he get it mixed up with Sioux Falls?

My in-laws are UNI fans that prefer ISU to Iowa, but I wouldn't say they're big Cyclones. One of my best childhood friends is a UNI alum and fairly big ISU fan. He actually owns ISU gear and goes to games at Jack Trice on occasion. He roots for UNI when they play us, but is an ISU fan the rest of the year.My guess his #2 is UNI and you can pretty much lump them in with Hawk fans anyways. It's legit 65/35 Iowa to ISU in this part of the woods (I live a mile from the Winneshiek County line in Howard County). You never see Minnesota or Wisconsin gear either.A few people in our family tailgate group live up in Winneshiek Co. Assumed there was a healthy contingent of ISU fans up there we don’t think about.
Trent is an asshat pulling crap out of thin air.#3 in Eastern Iowa? We're behind Iowa, but who is #2? If he thinks there are more Wisconsin or Illinois fans in eastern Iowa, he's just dead ******* wrong.

I am sure Trent is number "2"....He's wrong about Eastern Iowa. No idea who he thinks is #2. There's nobody close.
There’s a lot of hawks up there. Noticeably more cyclone fans now than 20 years ago for sure. There are a lot of ISU fans in the Okoboji area. My preception is they have taken over Nebby for #2 up there.
Trent is an asshat pulling crap out of thin air.
Oh sqwaks are number 1, wont argue that. There’s a lot of hawks up there. Noticeably more cyclone fans now than 20 years ago for sure.
I live in Dubuque and see a lot more Bucky Badger than Cy around here. But that hasn't been in the case in other eastern IA towns/non WI border towns I've lived in or spent time in. I have lived up and down Highways 20 and 218 my whole life essentially and ISU has been #2 everywhere else, though it is a very distant #2.He's wrong about Eastern Iowa. No idea who he thinks is #2. There's nobody close.
What programming was on the other stations at this time?So KXNO is going State wide with about 4/5 stations creating a network to carry KXNO across the entire state.
"The station is going to crash and go out of business" guys are really eating it today. All the current shows will stay on the air as well.
Heard that too. Unbelievable. How can you be that wrong?Heard Trent say at the beginning of the Drive, I don't know why he was on, but he said ISU is maybe #5 in the Sioux City area and #3 at best in eastern Iowa.
