KSU got hosed a few times in the first half, and hosed themselves at the end. Surprised they've crawled back in it

I think a Self is trying to give the bench another shot here. Seeing a lot more of those guys tonight.
KU draws one of their patented offensive fouls. A moving screen that wasn't even moving. Don't get me wrong, K State can't get out of their own way, but some of these calls are awful.

I respect this Edwards kid for the swim move to the face. For just a moment, he made the world a better place.

I think if Weber can keep some of those young guys they have they are going to be really good in the coming years.
Next year I think the big 12 will be deeper bc KSU and OSU will be a lot better.

He's always been a top line coach. Too bad he's the coach down there. He has his moments, though.
I hate to say anything nice about Kansas, but this was pretty cool by Self about the dunk by Greene at the end of the game.
"That was probably the biggest [expletive] move I've ever had a player do during a game," Self said on his postgame radio show. "To dunk the ball like that when the other team – even their players are going, 'How disrespectful to the game,' it certainly showed unbelievably poor sportsmanship.
"I apologize to K-State and their players. I guarantee that will never happen again or he will never be in the game at the end of the game."
Self apologized unprovoked a second time to open his postgame news conference, telling reporters that the dunk was "totally classless."

Greene's dunk looked a lot like Deonte Burton's @TCU. Dumb and pointless. Did Prohm call out Burton for his?
If I remember right, the reason he dunked is because ISU was just trying to dribble out the clock and TCU was trying to steal the ball.
Greene and Self don't get along anyway. And coach knows he's visiting Manhattan soon. His "Oh gosh" nonsense gets old, frankly.
The game was over before it started when K-State lost it's point guard (for the season). Self took full advantage with the press.
Of course, there's always this to deal with over there. But they were not the decider.
