What about this guy? Did he ever actually play/qualify/suit up at ISU?

The Webster Patrick saga could have its own HBO miniseries.
never heard of this dude. care to give a sparknotes version?
Webster Patrick was the gem of a RB class at Iowa State that was ranked No. 1 in the Big XII and in the top 10-20 nationally in the 2004 recruiting class. The class also included 3-stars Jason Scales, Tyease Thomas and Greg Coleman. Patrick had blazing speed (10.4-10.5 100 meter speed and I think even went lower than that like 10.2. I want to say he set some kind of junior record in the 100 meters.) He enrolled at Iowa State in the summer and was waiting for a waiver from the NCAA on academics. He claimed a learning disorder and was awaiting a clearinghouse ruling on whether he would be eligible by fall. Of course, it's the NCAA and they ruled he wasn't eligible. So he enrolled at a juco and I lost track of him after that, but I want to say he went on to a so-so career at a mid major after juco.

just from reading those 2 tweets, i see why he got denied, sheesh.
Poor Devine Ozigbo ! Nebraska promised that he would be their only 2015 Class running back when he switched his verbal commitment from the Cyclones to the Huskers. Shucks darn.... Funny how things work out..............
Well Nebraska will let anyone in lol
It would be a little embarrassing to let a guy in that Wisconsin rejected academically!
This might be why the coach left for Oregon St.

One of St. Tom of the Prairie's talking points when UNL joined B1G, was they were now on a level playing field since UNL had much stricter entrance requirements for athletes than the rest of the BigXII.
Perhaps Bucky is as big of whiners as Tommy O, sick of losing to The, afraid of Michigan and is now a BigXII expansion target.
What? A large part of Neb's success was the ability to utilize partial qualifiers during the big 8 years.
