How about all the Cyclone fans on here throw in $100 bucks and we buy the house! Make it a cyclonefanatic house that we go to party and golf! Now that is an idea!

With 3999 owners, a few would have to go sleep on the fairway.

That'd be quite the timeshare... everyone gets about 4 hours a year.

For 400K it needs some updating. I guess you're paying as lot for the location.

If you stretch it to 5 hours and figure a foursome could everybody even get one round of golf a season? I don't feel like doing the math.

Alright I'll answer my own question, shotgun start with 18 foursomes and three of those per day=216players per day. 7 month season=210 days x 216 = 45360 rounds. Somebody else has to schedule this, I'm not in for that.

I thought I saw an article in the last few months about Johnny selling his house. Poked around, found this, and I'm pretty sure this is the article - - August, '09. At the end, says looking at selling the Florida house - just to downsize their winter home. Split their time between Florida and house in Glen Oaks, according to this article.
