we'll see after a couple years which approach works.

Yeah because the comparison is so damn solid. I mean, how could the next couple years NOT mean anything when comparing an NFL team who has a **** ton of talent and the ability to draft in a given spot each year along with free agency and money to spend to a college team with average talent who has no claim to a certain amount of recruits. How could that NOT be accurate?
He's still here folks, making about as much sense as Brick Tamland.
well maybe if you read the "college to pro league not standing", then yes, you may be right.
One way is a team with lots of success making a change, another is a team with not a lot letting their coach try to find his way. That's were I stopped it and said "let's see".
Yeah, and if my aunt had a **** she'd be my uncle. It's a ridiculous comparison because the two institutions share no common ground outside of what sport they are involved in.
I don't really get this even though I don't think Fox is a very good coach. Don't you give him a shot even if Peyton is done?
Also, the winningest coach over the past four years in each conference got fired. I hate the NFL. Just a bunch of egomaniacs who can't get over themselves. There are just some mind numbingly dumb decisions in that league.[/QUOTE]
Yeah, I'd take Fox in Chicago...
Agree 100% with the dumb decision thing. I just don't get drafting Manziel...at all. If I were a GM I wouldn't touch that fool with a ten foot pole.
Winston is another good example. He'll go high in the draft and flame out.
Maybe a bargaining tactic?Sounds like Kubiak is firmly entrenched in Baltimore.
Maybe Shanahan and Elway already have it worked out. It's possible.
Fire the staffs of teams that get you to the second round of the playoffs and you probably develop a reputation as being an organization good coaches may not want to head to, however.
Probably just hoping Baltimore starts minting Kubiak Koins.Maybe a bargaining tactic?
