I'm afraid the difference is that Bama can offer him much more money than us. On the other hand, if your goal is to be an NFL QB, college playing time > NIL money.
Jett seems to be serious about developing as a quarterback. I’m not sure how much sense it makes to go to Bama, sit and collect a paycheck for a year, then start all over somewhere else.

Perhaps somewhere without the same opportunities as where ISU currently sits.

I'm not sure Raiola is the savior Nebraska thinks he is. Stats from this season:

TD= 13
INT = 11
Complete % = 67.1%
Passing Yds = 2,819 (6.9 yds/complettion)
Rushing Yds = (-)65 yards

Rocco Becht Freshman season:

TD= 23
INT = 8
Complete % = 62.9%
Passing Yds = 3,120 (8.5yds/complettion)
Rushing Yds = 63 yards

I don't get the hype.

Well he looks like Pat Mahomes

i don't think there is any guarantee he plays here either, we just had a 4 star transfer out.

I don’t think anyone has said there was?

It’s not like the program would shrivel up and die without Jett, either. However, it sure would be nice to add him to the mix in competition to succeed Rocco.

I will say that with Brock about to sign this new contract, it seems like a good time to spend some quality time with the in-laws.

You know, the first week or two of June. Maybe drop by some old haunts and say hello.
