This kid and family is amazing. I saw him at a basketball game last year and he had a smile on his face and was enjoying life to the fullest. Hope he pulls through. Tough kid

I had not known of James' affliction until reading this. As a parent, it was like a kick in the stomach, especially at this time of year, supposedly the happiest time for families. All my prayers are with James and his family. I will not be able to think about JP without thinking what he and his family are going through. God bless.
