You think that's true? (the committee member, not Cooke)

By that explanation - NU just happened to fall in Omaha. Stanford just happened to stay home. Same for Florida and Minn.

:nah:

Heck, everyone else realized that mess within minutes of the announcement.

No, that's what I meant. In fact, a caller to the show responded with something like, "yeah, right...so the powers from the Pac 10 and Big 10 just happened to be distributed all across the country?"
Cook said the Big 12 was disrepected, and added this: "Remember, the three of us are all bunched together, but Texas just has to beat one. Nebraska or Iowa State have to beat two."

Where's the Big 12 Commissioner on this one? P.O.S.

Not that it will do anything but I encourage everyone to fire off an email or two to the NCAA selection committee members. They may not care but if they are going to pull this crap then we can at least provide a conscious.

From the Wichita Eagle online, looks like we aren't respected as a national power by everyone, YET!!

"Before Stockman starts thinking about volleyball overseas or on the beach, she wants the Shockers to advance in the NCAA Tournament. In three appearances, WSU has won three first-round matches and lost in the second round to national powers. While the matchup against Saint Louis is daunting, a possible second-round match against Iowa State is not as imposing as Texas or Nebraska."

Is there any where to follow the match online? I will be in a setting where I can't watch the clone zone, but I would be able to check on a web page for a score once in a while. Any links? Thanks.
