It's nice to be on ESPN, but I'm getting sick of the Thursday night games. It makes the wait for the next week's game unbearably long.

I'm okay with this. We have a Thursday night game the week before, so will have a full game week to prepare.

We go the full conference slate without a bye week. So this at least gives us a mini bye after the first game.

I honestly probably wouldn't mind it, if there was only one Thursday night game during the year.
If WV game moves to Friday, that's 3 non Saturday games for ISU.

Thursday Games suck; it can't be worth this amount of money to ruin the Sat experience for many fans who travel, let alone those who have jobs and family commitments during the week. Hope JP never agrees again.

I have a feeling it could be the new FoxSports1 channel (I believe it is replacing Speed channel). This article talks about how they plan on televising Big 12 games on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Supposedly Fox thinks this will be ESPNs match.

Tulsa is an away game and the Friday after Thanksgiving is a holiday. SO while it looks bad at first glance only one of those games (Texas) really has an impact.

I also like it because I get a chance to actually watch other games on Saturday. I love college football but my watching of it has gone way down since I started attending regularly.

I could take a thursday game, what sucks is our overall schedule going along with it. So few home games in september, and after the iowa game we wont have a saturday home game until Oct 26.
