I got it. Ran away from Woodward Academy while on campus.

Siragusa was last seen in the area of Frederiksen Court on the north side of the ISU
campus, where he was working with a group from Woodward Academy. He was
wearing a white t-shirt and navy blue mesh athletic shorts. He may be wearing
glasses. He is wanted for questioning about an assault that occurred around 2:00
p.m. in Frederiksen Court. He was last seen approximately a mile west of campus
on Ontario Street. If seen, do not approach. Immediately call ISU Police at 515-294-
4428 or dial 9-1-1 from any campus phone.

Kid going truant from the Woodward Academy. Happens pretty frequently and they almost always catch them soon after.

There aren't many 17 year old juvenile offenders who are going to outsmart an army of law enforcement.

Was that shot necessary? You don't even know Lattimer, and that was in the past, and I'm sure he's grown from that.

I shouldn't laugh about the situation at hand but this made me burst out laughing at my desk.

Just doing his civic duty kind of a thing? This could potentially lead to all previous charges against him being dropped for providing a public service. On that note I would be ok with it.
