This actually makes me a little nervous. Hy-Vee drops sponsorship of the Cy-Hawk series to pick up this "rivalry"? There are a lot of ISU alums that are employed by Hy-Vee and work at the corporate office in West Des Moines. I'm guessing the end must be a lot closer for ISU-Iowa, as Hy-Vee doesn't really have a presence in the Big 12 area aside from Iowa, parts of Missouri and eastern Kansas. ISU is really going to need to start hitting the remaining Big 12 North teams to spark a rivalry so we can get some more sponsorships.

This should be a bit troubling for Clones in Iowa, as HyVee had never stepped up to sponsor anything ISU/Neb related. They immediately drop the sponsorship for Cy/Hawk, and pick this up. If I lived in Iowa, I would make sure that HyVeee did not get any more of my business going forward. I would also be very vocal about it as well.
