Here are my hypothetical arrangements for 3- and 4-team pods. I think the 3-team version works best, while catering to the preferences of as many teams as possible.

• All EST teams together
• OSU playing TTU every year
• TTU and UH playing every year
• Farmageddon and Sunflower play every year
• Revivalry plays every year
• BYU will be able to fly to Dallas for TCU and BU games, makes travel somewhat easier
