How fast do we really want to run our offense Saturday?

To answer the OP's question:

As slow as possible.

I watched the replay of the KSU/Baylor game on FSN today, and Old Man was taking as much time as possible between snaps. Snapping the ball with 2 seconds left on the play clock, etc. KSU ran the **** out of the ball too. They can't throw, so they had too. But it showed that Baylor's D can't stop the run. They can't stop anything.

Milk the clock. Finish drives. Beat Baylor.

IMO I think we need to run the jet by getting up to the line and wait to snap the ball just like Schneider did, this will limit substitutions by Baylor. Baylor is terrible on D so we will be able to score provided we dont consistently splatter our feet with shotgun blasts. Then when we get in a rhythm attempt to run them in to the ground.

Same conversation prior to Mizzou game last year. If we play that defensive game and actually have an offense we can win.
