Seriously...I can't remember exactly as I am somewhat of a newsoholic, but I think it might have been the Ames Tribune or Cedar Rapids Gazette.

I did a google search to see if I could find a source from which to purchase "Cardinal Rules Day" t-shirts prior to the UNLV football game. This site popped up because either Amy or Angie had a thread about custom-designed ISU t-shirts.
I was enthralled by thoughts of beautiful ISU coeds having wet t-shirt contests (in shirts of their own design!) at a tail-gate and I haven't left since. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for photos of the gals modeling their t-shirts...:sad9cd:
I believe I discovered the site through some of the chats on the Rag page. Was looking for info on the coaching search, and every other site charged for info. So I came here.
searchin to see if Stinson and Blalock were goin pro or not... this site was first or second to show up from Google... turned out to be the sweetest site ever... and they lived happily ever after...
I am proud to say I am the oldest member on page 7 of the S's. I joined after seeing a reference to CF on one of "the other Cyclone" websites.

Same here, except I took some time off from the message board thing to focus on academics. When I finally joined here a few months ago, I was blown away with how much better the level of conversation was, compared to that other place. I have about as many posts here in 7 months as I had there in 2.5 years.
I was actually posting on a Big 12 board, and during the Wayne Morgan debacle, one of the posters there gave a link for a good source...and well that was cyclonefanatic.com.

I believe I was on the Cyclone Nation board, and found a reference to this site. I was really impressed that Jeremy was willing to put his information out there, regardless of whether it was accurate 100% of the time. With all the rumors that were flying around at the time, I could tell that the truth was somewhere within the rumors, and it was great to read someone with the balls to put everything out there. I was also really, really tired of the constant negativity of other boards. And with all the great posts, I've been here daily ever since.
