@ImJustKCClone I'm assuming the gal closest to the camera in the pic is other granddaughter, and she is obviously having a blast. Making me smile, too.
Yeah, she's the extrovert and throws herself into everything with gusto.
The girls are getting along great together. K brings C out of her shell, and C keeps K from doing too much random crazy stuff.

OT Gossip - Wednesday Edition

So, just hit three months since neighbor died and no one has been seen at the house in 2 months. Got the idea of doing a public notice search and neighbor's name popped up as being foreclosure sued back in December. Dollar amount cited in the five items of the lawsuit was at least twice the value of the property. Yikes. So lawsuits, foreclosure, probate probably without a will, etc means the house is going to be vacant for a LONG time. Guess that explains his pickup just sitting there in front for the last 90 days. Mo' internet snoopy and see that someone did pay the $6K property tax due last month.

And history repeats itself, the house was foreclosed in 2010 and late neighbor bought it from the bank. He got a steal of a deal back than, doubt it will be a bargain this time around.

So, property is looking a little unkempt. I pulled some of the tallest weeds growing in front and along my property line. Did make it look a little better.

Finally getting around to installing the new pull out hose for the kitchen sink (sprung a leak weeks ago). Thankfully it has a quick coupler to attach it under the sink. Not sure how that would have gone with trying to screw it on without some funky special tools. And still taking longer than I thought because I decided I need to take apart the faucet end and soak out some of the mineral buildup. Good day of for it though, rainy/cloudy/poopy out.

Well at least you have a truck you can use now. No more having to use Das Audi as a miniature work truck.

Will have to find the keys or hotwire, though...

Today was going to be devoted to Big Time Vendor and the statement they sent last week. It can take a day and a half to two days to complete the research/doc gathering/etc. But that comes with them being Big Time Vendor.

Enter little vendor that services little store that gives me a pdf ledger that I have to convert to Excel and go the long way around to do research because they're incompetent at bookkeeping. Took at least three hours, it felt like, and I needed to figure out how to attack it because it's so freakin' weird. Probably got 85% of it done. Will need to finish first thing in the morning, THEN I can get into the meatier part of Big Time Vendor.

Cancer sucks, lost my little brother to Liver Cancer on Monday, he told me about the cancer last month, and was going to IC for treatment. At that time they gave him 3 to 4 months to live, he lasted one month. Only 58 years old, and his daughter is expecting her third child this fall. Never thought I would be the last member of my immediate family.
Damn I am tired of people around me dying.

Not exactly sure.
Saw a plate that said BOW300
Tried to figure out it meant, then realized it was just a regular issue

Made me think if someone got FAT400 or a straight person got GAY001.
