Had someone looking at our basement walls today he wanted to see the sump pump pit. I pulled the top off and it was brim full! I raised the float higher to see if the switch would kick in on, but nothing. Damn!! Figured I needed a new pump. Turns out the plug in which is attached to a power strip plugged right above the Metronet modem power chord. The sump pump cord was kind of angled into the outlet. I had 3 empty outlets on power strip yet, so I moved it up one and the pump started right up! Thankfully a quick fix!! Just wast fully plugged in.
Nice job with the repair work! Make sure your wife knows how hard you worked on this one.

I swear the best gatherings are just like this instead of a bunch of scheduled stuff.
A couple of weekends ago, we were hanging out on a neighbors' front porch. One of the neighbor ladies went home and brought out a box of costume wigs, accessories and mustaches that she had purchased from a garage sale, so we all put on a costume. That was a really fun impromptu occasion.

I've got the High Chapperal on in the background looked up and the cattle in the back drop were horned holsteins and Jerseys LOL. The range cattle must have been leased out to another show that day. :D
