Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Verizon yesterday. I think I have drain bamage from the repeated hitting my head on my desk. I haven't been able to log into my account on my computer, but no problem on the app on my phone. I have to send a copy of my bill every month for expenses.

I finally got a hold of a live person and I don't know how many times I repeated the same thing to him about what came up at Sign In. It never once asked anything about my account. He finally got my app to work again after he reregistered my phone, but had to wait for a tech. Finally after waiting for an eternity, the tech was dumbfounded to on why I couldn't access my account. After going through a half dozen or so scenarios. He goes switch from Google Chrome to Explorer. Finally success!! What is weird is that I have been using Chrome and have not had a problem before until now. Something changed.
