Gus Johnson is the best! I just love listening to him calling a game. If you can't get excited for a game listening to him then you don't have a pulse.

Agreed. He does a great job of setting the stage, isn't afraid to get excited, but is never out of control.

I mean, the whole point of sports is entertainment - to have fun. Johnson does a great job of helping with that, IMO.

I was critical of Gus earlier but for a really good game he is fun. I don't like it when guys try to hard during a bad game. Last night's game was just phenomenal all around. I prefer to hear the crowd reaction to a play by play guy but he was genuinely freaking out...and rightly so.
