"Let There Be Rock" and "It's a Long Way to the Top" are the only two AC/DC songs I never change the station when they're on. I like the opening riff of "Thunderstruck", but that's all I need to hear.

Think we are on same page. It's the 5 horrifically overplayed ACDC songs I am sick of. But if you stumble across "She's got the Jack" or god forbid "Ride On" then I'm totally in.

Phil Collins had a song that repeated the phrase in slow, torture rhythm: "Take, Take Me Home.....'Cuz I Don't Remember"....18 times on the fade out.

I admit I'm not familiar with her country catalog, so I can't compare. "Shake it Off" is ear-candy and a candidate for "Oversaturation Top 40." But it's also ear-candy at its finest.

Personally, I liked her earlier stuff better. Her first year or two, she hadn't been at her schtick long enough for it to get old, and it works in country (to a point; she's long since overdone it). At this point, her stuff is catchy, but that pisses me off because I really don't like it; I just can't get it out of my head.

At work this morning, radio was turned on and first song that came on was Bohemian Rhapsody. I lost it laughing and had to explain to my coworkers why.

Not exactly a song, but the worst "song" ever. I will change the station immediately:

"Clarity" by Zedd is one of the worst recent songs for me. The vocals are just so shrill and off to me. His other stuff has been ok because of different vocalists, so it's not as screechy.

Loving all the hate for Florida Georgia Line. "Cruise" has to be one the worst country songs of the last 20 years. Add to it that Billboard changed their ranking formulas for the country and R&B charts so that they took their data directly from the Hot 100 right at the time that song hit it big on pop radio. Because of pop airplay and sales, it remained at #1 for 24 weeks on the Country Songs chart (including a three-week run at the top when it was just a country hit). While I never liked the song, Billboard certainly helped cement my feelings about it as time went on. Bro country, in general, just needs to go. Now.

I hated everything from Michael Jackson's "Bad" and "Dangerous," but liked pretty much everything from "Thiller" and "Off the Wall." The production in later material was just so cliche' and repetitive. I could not dive for the radio dial fast enough in the late 80s and early 90s when his newer songs came on.

There are hardly any Taylor Swift songs that bother me. The only one that I really don't like having to hear is "Last Christmas." It's really the only song that when people would say "she's so off-key," etc., etc., that I completely agree. It's like they put her in a tin can, let her gargle with kerosene, and had a 1st-time producer helming the recording session. It didn't work on any level.

I'll never forget back in the 80's a NE Iowa radio station advertised a Jacksonless weekend. "No Michael, No Janet, No Germaine, No Rebie - maybe just a little Joe"

I never had thought about difference in production between those two eras. I'll probably think about that now any time I hear those songs.

Something I began to notice years ago, regarding oversaturation.

If there’s a classic rock station in your area, even if you don’t listen to it that often, you’ll get sick of the limited rotation when you do.

Then, if you drive somewhere a few states away on a trip, and listen to stations along the way, you’ll hear some oldies you haven't heard in a while. You may think, “THIS station is much better than (Radio X) back home.”

But that’s because the playlist is different, and it sounds "classic fresh." If you lived in that FM zone, you'd be sick of it — only difference is the specific songs.

Those two radio stations make me hate anything song that I liked at the time because how many times they play the same song over and over like find a new song there's plenty of them out there

The GTAV radio stations have better rotation than those hit stations (or just about any type of station anymore).

First concert after Hilton was turned into a 14' deep slimy swimming pool. All of the staff are dog tired from trying to get the place in some semblance of shape to host a concert. We've already settled up with the promoter so they aren't paying anymore. Show should be over, but he is "giving us a gift" by not getting off of the fricken stage. We were going to all be tired and lose our shirt on that deal going in, but he managed to make it a catastrophy. Thanks, butt head.

You talking about "Billy Ray Cypress Hill"? (rep to the first person to correctly name the song where I got that name).
