Exorcist, most of the movie especially the scene where the head turns all the way around and spits out the green stuff.

Any movie that has a child who is terminally ill. I can't handle it, even if the child ends up miraculously surviving.

On a different note, the most fear inducing, WTF movie I've ever seen. The small theater we saw it in made the experience even more OMG. At the end, a couple of older women behind us were staring at the floor.

Find it, absorb it, and realize the power of the human spirit.

When Billy Mack particularly enjoy the incredible crassness of the moment when we try to squeeze an extra syllable into the fourth line.

I just got the thread title, did I do this right?

For me, it's anything with eye injuries. I can’t handle it, even if it's just a quick flash. I had to look away during the eye surgery scenes in “The Exorcist” and “Hostel.”
