Yeah that’s true. It’s the ones that soak up all the content from Eickholt and Bock and take it all at face value.

Most Iowa fans know that Eickholt is a fanboy and the sources he has aren’t great.
Either the staff is inept and can't read how well their prospects are (then relay that information to Eickholt) or Eickholt is inept and can't read how well their prospects are based on intel provided from the staff. Either way, it's hilarious.
Well he is a Nebby grad, and writes for Iowa. That kind of person is brain dead.

Right. Iowa really could have benefited from a Jaren Holmes, or even Osun Osunniyi type of transfer over the years. Someone like a Gabe Kalscheur or Izaiah Brockington would have been the type of players to dig them out of the 2nd weekend drought. But no...it's either Grant Nelson or......Bakari Evelyn.
Fran's flailing and wailing in the portal is even more embarrassing than Steve Prohm's last couple years in Ames.
