FOOTBALL: Tyler Catalina getting additional offers

Will Ferrell puts out a lot of movies because he's Will Ferrell, and people go see Will Ferrell movies, because once upon a time, Will Ferrell movies were good. The problem is, there really hasn't been a truly good Will Ferrell movie in quite some time.
Oh sure, each of his movies have their moments, but I think we all knew "Anchorman 2" was a bad idea from the get go, even if a small part of us all wanted it. Then we saw it, and all our worst fears were confirmed.
In my opinion, the last truly funny Ferrell-driven movie was "Step Brothers" with John C. Reilly, and the only reason I bring any of this up isn't to insult Will Ferrell, who has done enough good that I'm fully OK with him putting out all the bad he wants, and cashing the checks that come with it. No, I wrote this painfully long lede just to get to these recruiting materials that Auburn has been using to woo Tyler Catalina.
Catalina is an offensive lineman who has graduated from Rhode Island, and is looking to transfer to a larger school for his final year. Auburn hopes to be that school, and it's taking advantage of the big Catalina Wine Mixer from the movie to get his attention.
So the Photoshop skills might not be of the five-star variety, but what matters here is the effort.
Also, when he has his face put over that of John C. Reilly's, Mr. Catalina strikes a remarkable resemblance to Andrew Luck, doesn't he?

All false. His brother said he has not committed yet and that he is still weighing his (SEC) options. :spinny:

Honestly on #3, I'm gonna say Georgia or Auburn have us beat on every count (OL coach, talent, conference). And everyone thinks they'll start wherever they go. If Auburn and Georgia didn't think he could play Day 1, they wouldn't want a grad transfer.
Look at Auburn's OL, they're returning everyone. He would be brought in at Georgia or Auburn to provide depth
That doesnt meant thats what they are selling him. If he thinks he is good enough to start there and they promise an open competition, that could be as good as starting day 1 in his mind
As CMC basically alluded to in his signing day press conference, we're going to find out if Tyler Catalina knows what the word "commitment" means and if he's the kind of person that lives up to their "commitments".
Iowa State went out on a limb and offered Tyler what he was looking for... a chance to prove himself for one year at a P5 football program to improve his chances of making the NFL. He "committed" to CMC and Iowa State and even signed a student aid agreement.

WRNL called him the Catalina line fixer in a tweet he retweeted. Auburn can't even come up with original cheese.
I don't think that is what he said or alluded, actually thought he approached in an opposite manner than you are saying.
Maybe, maybe not? Chase Allen stayed committed after a late final push by Michigan. Sometimes a place just feels right and maybe that's the case with Catalina. Some kids will take officials to take a trip to see a campus on someone else's dime and stay committed to their original team.
