She was actually the first female official to officiate a bowl game, 2010 Pizza Bowl. There are multiple stories on her officiating skills, in fact the NFL has actually taken an interest in potentially hiring her in the future (she already works for the New Orleans Saints during scrimmages, etc.).

I think football should switch to all hot female refs. No one would ever complain about the officiating again.
