Manning is the OC and his job is to come up with the offensive game plan. Sometimes that plan is, well, offensive. Is it always? Of course not, and the results show that. But yes, Campbell is head coach and is ultimately responsible when Manning's plan fails.
I think you don't realize how involved Matt is with the big decisions as far as game plan goes.

The hate for Manning is hilarious. For the most part, he calls a good game, players just don't execute 100% of the time.

His passing scheme is awful. There are 2 words that describe our offensive stats being good on paper: Breece Hall

Tom Manning playing to lose once again. Calls a great game finally. Now he wants to do hand off, hand off, pass.

Doesn’t Mick McCall have tons of experience as an offensive coordinator and quarterback coach? It seems that we could use some help in these areas.

Was a really good second half by Manning and the offense.

If McDonald tips that pass on 4th and 6 it’s not even a game down the stretch. Game of inches.

Walk up to a Cyclone fan sometime and say something simple like, "Go Cyclones" and you will get looked at like you are speaking French.
What is wrong with those people! I think I should come out to the coast from the mid west and do a little fan football training.:jimlad:
