Yeah that one hurts. Absolutely sucks. Only thing worse would be if Kim was still there.

Kinda weird how Aubrey Joens is now with OU and Denae will be with Baylor....just ironic that they're both in-conference still

She went from being one of my favorite young women to... well not so much anymore.
She'll still be favorite for me. This is a new era and kids are going to go where they want. No longer is it taboo to transfer to a in conference school or even worse an arch enemy school like Iowa.

We as fans may hate the new wide open, wild west style of the portal but, we must understand it, adapt to it and most important, respect the players choices!!!

I heard multiple TV analysts last year say that Nikki Collen runs Baylor like a WNBA team. She wants to play up-tempo, bomb the three-ball, and have a free-flowing roster that changes yearly.

Funny, they averaged fewer points a game than us last year and made two fewer three-pointers per game. Defensively, Baylor was one point better than us. But hey, if that is what floats your boat, good luck.

I'm fine with them going anywhere they want. But going in conference will never allow me to root for them again. Their choice, fully support that. But seems to say a lot about a person that chooses to do that. Now if this was a school in conference that doesn't have a history of bad things, maybe I would feel differently. If she's a Baptist, then I fully retract my feelings on this transfer. I hated when Tyrese went to UT, but I don't wish ill will on him and will support him fully when he goes to the NBA.

Players are absolutely welcome to transfer wherever. But moves, even ones no longer considered taboo, will (and should) have consequences which include your former fans vilifying you.

I'm not wishing ill upon her, but I certainly won't be cheering for her.
