Early Roseanne, yes. Later Rosanne, blah. And anyone not voting for WKRP is an idiot.
Schitt's Creek is so, so good. It got my vote, but you have to go out and find it, not nearly as easily accessible to the masses as Fresh Prince. Shame.40 or so voters never watched Schitt's Creek, I guess.
When comparing WKRP\70s show, i might also look at what's happened to the cast since then for some effects. So many of the cast went on to big careers after that show.
I think it's weak-minded if you can't separate the funniess of the sitcom itself from the comedian's faults outside said sitcom.

That was the hardest choice for me. I love both of those shows, but had to give the edge to Sunny
