Rumor has it that Self is teaching a remedial course next semester called "Finishing Within Two Games of the Conference Champion." Maybe Fred will be interested?

With the recruiting classes he brings in, anything less than winning the conference by 5 games is inexcusable.

This thread should be posted on every CBB forum in the country as a reminder of what the ISU fanbase is all about. It's that hilarious.

If Frankamp leaving means we will see more of Frank Mason that makes me happy

Unless Frank Mason improves, I prefer his play all day. He does not appear that good yet.

Frankamp should be recruited by Fran.

Why don't you go ahead and do that I'm sure everyone will love a KU fan talking about another fanbase being annoying.

Yeah, that goes over really well on another site. It's called CBS, which has the most toxic message boards since ESPN shut down their message boards. Ask anyone there how those were before they were shut down, they were not pretty.

If Self took some pointers from Fred about how to run an offense he might now how to use top 35 talent like Frankamp. Actually he didn't even know how to use Wiggins all that well.

I think there's some room for the "Best Offense" trophy up in the top right corner...

Give Hoiberg the talent that you have had at KU and we slaughter you year in and year out, Fred is an all around better coach than Bill Self, and soon it will proven. 100% sure of this, and then you won't be on this message board anymore trying to convince us that Self is better. Now go troll elsewhere.

It only took three years for Bill Self to get TULSA to the Elite Eight. Pretty Sure Hoiberg has better recruits than TULSA so...

He beat a #10, a #2, and a #6 seed so while impressive certainly not like he had Tulsa rolling like a juggernaut

And the #2 seed was Cincinnati after Kenyon Martin (the best player in the country) broke his leg.

So pretty much the exact opposite scheduling luck as ISU has had.

You guys are hilarious. It cracks me up how many ISU fans think KU fans are arrogant jerks, yet ISU wins one Big 12 conference title and makes it to the Sweet Sixteen twice and they suddenly have the best coach in the country and are destined to win the national title in the next two years. You're officially becoming what you hate about other fan bases.

He coached at Oral Roberts for 4 years before he went to Tulsa, so it took him 7 years to get to an Elite Eight, Hoiberg guided Iowa State to a Sweet 16 in his 4th year as a head coach.

It was one lucky run against ****** opponents......

Taking ISU from what it was to the NCAA tourney 3 years in a row in his first 4 is pretty close if not more impressive.

Not to mention Hoiberg essentially pioneered a new era of college basketball by being on the forefront of recruiting transfers when nobody else would and it was looked down upon.

KU fans are arrogant jerks, and horrible at understanding the game of basketball. Gonna be great when they lose 3 times to us this year.
