I didn't notice any Hawkeye players in the preview, but I did see an older guy wearing an Iowa jacket.

Generally, that's not ESPN's fault, but our SID. They have to not only provide the new logos, but ensure that the old one is replaced. Like how Soundoff still had the whirlybird helmet, and Jamie had to take them a new one--or was that a gimmick?

I was watching the game from 2001 last night (ESPN classic, I think?) and they actually showed our new logo between the breaks.

Wow. Did they mention the cyclones in that whole segment besides showing the logo? Apparently Iowa isn't playing anyone...just themselves.

They could have at least showed ISU players helping. That would have made for a cool story. Bitter rivals both helping with a broken community.
Thought the same thing. Media always putting Iowa on a pedestal. They did mention 19 UI football players being in legal trouble though...
