Thank goodness the Tight Ends are really good. Someone said at the beginning of the season that they would be the focus of the jump ball offense.

However, if Brock keeps throwing 30-yard passes to the side off his back foot - and i don't care how calm he looks doing it - he will be chasing a DB to the end zone.
Probably 3 times against a good team......twice now he has been real fortunate to loft a pass in between 3 defenders......Iowa and Baylor.

That last possession was on the defense. Baylor had a third-and-9. Hold them, and they would have been outside of field goal range. Instead, they rush for about 12 yards. (I forget what the gain was on that play, but it was a lot)

Even though the offense was silent for 3 quarters, they came back and gave us the lead. Defense could have won the game but they did not. I will not say it was all on them, but they certainly had the opportunity to end it.
