They've re-done their basement and my brothers and I are looking for ideas for what to get them for it.
One thing we thought of is getting them a pop machine for it. I see a lot for sale online but most won't ship unless you are local or the shipping costs more than the machine.
Any place in Central Iowa sell these new or used?

As a parent of two ISU students, I would suggest CASH!!! Or tickets to the Final Four. Or just thank them every time you see them and continue to be great people

An old school glass bottle machine would be an awesome idea. I've always wanted one for my man-cave.

WartKnight...do your parents live in Waverly? Treat them to dinner at The Fainting Goat. (in addition to the pop machine)

If you are interested these signs are made by an uncle of someone I know. They aren't mass produced but they look like they are something you'd get at a high end store. They are made out of wood so they aren't flat per se. If interested PM me. Cost $125. About 16" in diameter.

My step dad got a Pepsi one when I was in college. Told him I'd pay him for it because it'd be sweet to use and put beer in, but he kept saying he was going to do something with it. Leaving it out in about ten straight Iowa winters later and it finally went to the dump without ever having been used. What a waste.

We got my parents new HD tv's a few Christamas' ago, and are getting one for my in-laws this year.

It's a bit of a win/win when you're over there watching a game.

Instead of a pop machine. How about one of those wine refrigerators.

Funny story about that- Got one for them from target about 5 years ago. Part of the handle was cracked. Called target. Said they would send a new one. Asked what to do with the old one if I should just drop off at store. They said no they won't sell one broken and we could keep it or toss. Got 2 for the price of 1.
