Chipotle FINALLY coming to Ames!

I just saw the sign there after I got an Oil Change. It's gonna be on the corner of 5th and Duff, right next to that new Mattress Place and Taco Bell.

The last 5 or so times I've had Chipotle, I've been pretty underwhelmed. Not as good as it was 5-6 years ago.

This will be 3rd best burrito in Ames behind Fighting and Panchero's.

I used to prefer Chipotle to Panchero's, but it seems like Chipotle has slipped.

Queso is glaring omission from Chipotle and is the only reason why I would choose to go to Qdoba or Pancheros over it.

This place has a better location than Pancheros does or Qdoba did. Much easier access with multiple entries to the parking lot and a stoplight adjacent. That will help a lot.

The chicken, beef and pork taste great there, but rip my stomach up. Now that I'm vegetarian I can get every salsa, every veggie, every pepper...feel totally fine. Even the chicken that you'd think would be fine tears me up.
