Agree, the CBD here in KC that doesn't have THC doesn't do anything.

If you are going to use it with THC then you might as well bypass it and just use THC.

I see a lot of stuff out here that is 10:1 CBD:THC. There's some evidence the two compounds work better together, so they add a very small amount of THC to try to boost the effects of the CBD. I would not recommend using just THC if you're just looking for the effects of CBD. :)

Some would argue that the only affects from CBD are either a placebo or from the THC contained therein.

Giving some gummies a whirl. Non-THC type. A little background:

-I struggle to fall asleep at night no matter the time unless I'm incredibly tired, which also doesn't happen to me at night

-I have high blood pressure and a high resting heart rate. Obviously those don't help the first and the first doesn't help them. I suspect I have some sort of anxiety. I've used Xanax to sleep in the past and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm also a very hot sleeper.

So took them last night. I don't know if this is coincidence or what but I took them, read for 45 minutes, my HR was lower than normal and I fell right to sleep.

Skip to this morning and I woke up pretty fresh in a lot better mood than normal. Usually I'm a little moody early on. Took two more again and so far I've felt a little more relaxed than normal and I feel a touch more focused. Of course, this could all be placebo but I haven't been someone to succumb to the placebo effect in the past so I think there may be something there.

I get the same effect if I do THC & CBD gummies in the evening. I don’t wake up feeling ****** up at all, just more relaxed, comfortable, and happy. I don’t think it’s a placebo effect.
