Sorry. I missing something in your post. What is your point?Just a subtle reminder in there that hockey is king in Canada. They talk about her having the opportunity to again put on the "Team Canada sweater".
Wonder how the subbing took place. Everyone on the team had double digit minutes.

Remember we recruited Emily Potter? She was on Canada's Junior Team last year. As a Freshmen this past season she did well at Utah http://www.utahutes.com/sports/w-baskbl/mtt/emily_potter_855811.html in the tough Pac 12.
Carleton is better at her position than Potter, and may be one of the top 2-3 players overall in Canada for her age group. Any ranking info Bridget? Its all good.
Bridget Carleton of Chatam, Ont., has shown herself to be one of the country’s brightest young stars. After signing with Iowa State in November, the four-star wing played some of the best basketball that we’ve seen her play to date in this setting. The No. 9 ranked prospect in the International ELITE 25, Carleton’s length and versatility allowed her to make plays on the perimeter on both ends of the hardwood.
Canada Basketball Women’s High Performance is pleased to announce the try-out roster of 19 athletes who will vie to represent Canada at the FIBA U19 World Championships in Chekhov, Russia. The training camp will take place at Humber College – North Campus, with try-out by invitation running from June 29-July 1 and training camp running July 2-10.
The Senior team was led in scoring by Bridget Carleton, who led all scorers with 17 despite her team falling short.
She made the Canadian U19 team. Should be great experience for her. Congrats!
