Here we go!!1

$10 per qualifier, $25 per champ, $200 for a Big 12 team title. Who's in?

If @Ryan Rohlk gets the matching funds verified, I will update it here.

Cyclone Wrestling Fans,
March is here, and with it comes one of the most exciting times of the year for Cyclone Wrestling! There is a huge opportunity to make an impact both on and off the mat, and Cyclone Wrestling needs your support.

March Matching: Double Your Donation!

This month, every dollar donated to the Cardinal & Gold Collective will be matched -- up to $50,000! That means your generosity goes twice as far in supporting Cyclone wrestlers through NIL opportunities that help them train, compete, and represent Iowa State at the highest level.

Your support ensures that the Collective can continue to provide resources to Cyclone athletes and keep Cyclone wrestling at the top. Whether it’s $50 or $5,000, every contribution counts -- especially when it’s doubled!

Not to derail this as I support it but what is the future of Cardinal and Gold past July 1st? Same question for WeWill but here we are in wrestling. That is the confusing point at least for me.

My understanding is that the Cardinal and Gold collective will remain as the university will essentially spend all of their money on football, men's and women's basketball. They will still provide some funding to wrestling, but ultimately it won't be enough to compete with the big guys. I think wrestlers at a lot of the big schools will end up opting out of university funding/contracts and be paid separately by the collectives.

I'll let @Ryan Rohlk provide more details, but I believe the collective will be here to stay

So it doesn't count towards the "cap" the university has?

Wrestling will not get anything from the university other than the existing 9.9 scholarships. That is the information that I am hearing. Cardinal & Gold will still be independent from the university.
How will that work as my understanding is the NCAA got rid of partial scholarships for all sports. Wrestling is capped at 30 but if you sign someone it has to be for a full ride.

Not sure on that. Unless they rounded to 10 scholarships. But I was told that wrestling isn't getting any additional funding in the form of scholarships or the $20+ million
