342 yards for Baylor in 1st half of this game. FYI - In case anyone cares that is exactly what we had for the entire GAME in our victory over Iowa. And almost twice as much as we had for the entire TTU game. We had 350 against TCU and 341 against OSU. They also have more than the totals of 290 we had against OU, 277 against UT and 231 against KSU....just silly stats. and against a ranked UCLA team no less...

Baylor should be ranked, beat KSU, OSU and TTU in their past three and are now stomping a team that somehow deserves to be #17.

too bad. Everyone has injuries

ISU dominated Baylor

Baylor dominating UCLA, a UCLA team who beat Legends champion Nebraska in September

ooooh that Legends division..... scary

Wouldn't say we dominated Baylor. If they don't fumble on the 1 yard line, we very easily could've lost.

Is it just me or does there seem to be a movement back toward coaches staying at schools? Cutcliff and Briles both have done this. Sure, there will always be movement but I think the money available to all schools and the fact that CFB has been greatly equated over the past 20 years or so has made coaches stay and build rather than head off to the first big job. And Baylor's running game scares the **** out of me.

Baylor is a good team. Totally different direction than where I saw them going after we beat them.

You may be right. At a certain point, theyre all making enough money that theyre set no matter what they do, why give up everything youve built just to take a big risk at a higher pressure job?

I think the money has more to do with facilities and such. Yeah, we don't have the money of UT but I think there are huge diminishing returns on a lot of that difference. I think we have enough money to win anything we want. I just don't think it limits programs anymore.

Also, UCLA looks like us. Baylor is just pinning their ears back and crushing the line of scrimmage because Hundley can't really do anything. The worst part is that we have seen much worse stat lines.

That is true as well.

Tune in tomorrow for the next Big 12 blow out: Texas Tech. This one's over. I love it. I hope all the big 12 teams can do this..possible exception K-State.

I wonder if all 9 teams can win their games? I think it would be a great testiment to the league for toughness and quality, which I think it has.

Reminds me a little of last years game where they ran for a ton of yards on the Clones
Their offense does not have to air it out. They will take what is given them
Also, as in a thread earlier on recruits, I think the QB/DT stands for Quarterback/Dual-Threat. I had thought the same things (as in Defensive Tackle), but someone on here pointed it out.

Good for Baylor & good for the Big XII. Baylor physically & schematically dominated the game.

UCLA just acted like they won the game with a meaningless TD at the end of the game. Briles gets upset and calls timeout to, I can only guess, try and challenge the TD because the knee was down a yard short...they end up not reviewing and just kicking the PAT to end game anyway...weird ending.

7 ranked teams is much more logical than 3 ranked teams for this conference, a case could be made for 8. People need to stop paying attention to human polls, they're completely meaningless after the top five.
