I think it has been widely covered in Podcasts why we play these games on occasion. If I remember correctly, it is a financial decision. It is financial better to have a home and home series versus paying schools to come to Ames every year. I trust Jamie has a better handle on the finances that you, even though you seem very smart. Most of the other Big 12 schools do similar home and home series.

I'm at the Georgia Southern game at Wisconsin this weekend. Wisconsin is given Georgia Southern 1.4 million good reasons to come play (similar to Nebraska last year - baahaahaa).

It would be interesting to hear Jamie's take on the home-and-home's once we get CyTown in place. I wonder how much that changes the economics.
