How did someone find out about the extra 'ingredients' in the cupcakes? They had to turn on each other.
It said she took a plea deal and testified against him. Her plea deal is 40 years without parole. As gross as the cupcake thing is they must have done some real heinous **** if that's her plea deal. Rape and child porn. Real ****** up.
Our school had 3 kids jack off in a Gatorade bottle and dumped it on a kid sleeping on the bus at a track meet. Penalty was the same as not turning in a homework assignment. They missed one track meet. Everytime I read this thread how ****** up and crooked this world really is.
They must have let the school deal with it and did not take that to the Sheriff. I can't imagine that wouldn't bring up real charges.

Exactly, it's really upsetting our worthless superintendent didn't stand up for the victim. Thinking of the kid seeing those 3 classmates in the hall everyday sets me off.
why didn't the parents take it to the Sheriff. I would never trust my school system to handle anything like that.
I don't know for sure but guessing they didn't want to put their kid through the notoriety. Nice kid but the type of kid that usually ends up the butt of these type of thing.It happened at a meet in Adel which I doubt affected the decision all involved were in 8th grade at the time. Seniors now.
Personally I felt it was minimum bully and I believe sexual assault. School was in CYA mode. Superintendent was run out of DMPS for being worthless but had friends on our school board. Just another example of my disappointment in the school district.
