Ankeny Power Outage

Did anyone hear what the power outage in Ankeny was yesterday?

I didn't hear, but my understanding is that it's a period where the power doesn't work in part or all of the town, but that's not important right now.

How long was it out? We left around 9 am, it was on. Home from 1-3 and it was off, back on when I got home around 7.

We had power all day, but Mediacom went out.

It went out for us around 11, didn't come back on until around 5... Unfortunately, I was opening the electric pool cover when it went out so our little pool party was kinda lame with about 6 feet of swimming space.

Power was out in the part of town I live in (Georgetown) for about 90 minutes early yesterday afternoon.
