There have been moments in my life when I would have liked to respond to people in that manner.

Reminds me of a funny one from one of my coworkers. He had been dealing with a customer who was particularly challenging. One day, he is in his office, and his phone rang. Evidently, he assumed that it was one of the gals at our front desk ringing back. He picked up a phone, and a female voice said (insert lady's name). He immediately said "oh, she's a cranky old *****". Turns out, it was not a front desk gal, but the customer herself. Oops.:wideeyed:
