Don't know if anyone caught American Restoration tonight, but our owner's son Matt was on there having Rick restore a 1920's era floor sander.

I'm really amazed at the work they did. This thing was a heap when Matt first bought it. My first impression was "what the heck are we going to do with that?".

Anyway, just thought it was kinda cool and thought I would share.

Awesome show.....the work those guys do is truly incredible. Would love to get my hands on a vintage coffee grinder (with the big wheels) restored like one they did a couple years back.

Here's an example from his website, but I can't stomach $1850 for one.

When is/are the replay(s)?

I'll see if I can find out. We were hoping for a bit more lead time, but didn't know it was going to air last night until yesterday afternoon. If I find out, I'll post it.

It was really cool seeing the actual before and after in person. I'd love to do something like that if I had the talent.

I would like an old time theater popper.

That's definitely one of the more interesting items that I have seen restored.
