I like the job Brent has done, maybe they aren’t publicly announced, idk. But the amount of big corporate sponsors the Swarm gets compared to what we have is a bit concerning.
How many big corporate sponsors does the Swarm have?

If Blum would have pulled something like this off the media would have a hay day over it. With it being Iowa they won't say much.
Surprised Uncle Randy hasn’t asked that question yet. “With the Swarm NIL collective accepting money from casinos, what problems do you anticipate in light of ISU’s sports gambling issues?”

You’re welcome Randy.

Marty and Wendy believe that partnering with a casino is a good business decision. They say go for it, Swarm!

Honestly, I think this move sends a mixed message. We just had players getting the boot for gambling, and now we're cozying up to the casinos? Feels like we’re walking a tightrope without a safety net. The optics aren’t great. If we’re aiming to clean up our act, maybe leaning on casino cash isn’t the best look. It’s a bit like robbing Peter to pay Paul.

The reality is, funding is king in college sports, and sometimes you gotta take the dough where you can get it. But it's a slippery slope. This feels like one of those ""damned if you do, damned if you don't"" scenarios. It's a rock and a hard place situation, no doubt about it.

What do y'all think? Are we making a mountain out of a molehill, or is this a legit concern? Slot77 got my head spinning with all these mixed signals. Looking forward to hearing your takes.

Solid first post.
