Also kind of jealous we don’t have some big stupid company that prints money supporting our collective. Like oil, natural gas, or casinos do.
Whats more likely? Hitting a jackpot at a casino, or a BF offense scoring 25 points?Iowa is the only collective with a gambling endorsement to my knowledge

Who we should also be courting alongside the PIF.I think in Jamie's mind taking money from a casino is equivalent to taking money from the Sinaloa Cartel.
Exactly how are the athletes promoting it?
Well it calls out in the post that Swarm athletes showed up to Riverside Casinos charity events. So you’re not wrong for assumingI guess I was assuming that all those events that were mentioned that the athletes endorsed and helped out at were sponsored by the casino. And I’ve never known a sponsor to miss the opportunity to plaster their name all over all signage and brochures or have their board members glad hand with athletes at these events.
But yes, you are right that this was an assumption on my part. I was not there to witness that first hand.
Iowa does have a billionaire citizen.

We should have @brentblum confirm, but I believe We Will was strongly encouraged by Iowa State to not take money from a casino after everything that happened this past spring.
Accurate.
I like the job Brent has done, maybe they aren’t publicly announced, idk. But the amount of big corporate sponsors the Swarm gets compared to what we have is a bit concerning. Can't we get a casino?
Who gives to basically all the public universities. He’s doesn’t seem like the type to get into the NIL world.Iowa does have a billionaire citizen.
