Usually go through the concierge of the hotel I am staying at, they have a preferred one typically and it might be slightly more expensive but in general have had more luck with the professionalism and whatnot. T
hey don't wanna lose the hotel's business is my internal monkey brain reasoning vs me just being a random foreigner if I went direct.

Depending on the tickets you bought, you may be able to cancel and use the credit to purchase cheaper tickets. You would then have credit for future flights as well.should have waited on booking airfare as it is now about $500 cheaper per ticket.

I don't think that's too bad. I think we were about 1,200 per for Maui.We just booked 8 of these thru Aer Lingus for $1k/ea. Includes a checked bag, meal, and we could pick our seats.

Round trip for Omaha to Dublin was just under $1300 when I booked. Stop in Philly on the way and Charlotte on the way back.
