anyone set up private drivers before?
I have in several countries.

Usually go through the concierge of the hotel I am staying at, they have a preferred one typically and it might be slightly more expensive but in general have had more luck with the professionalism and whatnot.

They don't wanna lose the hotel's business is my internal monkey brain reasoning vs me just being a random foreigner if I went direct.

You can also just call a random high end hotel and just ask. They don't really check you're staying there. Done that before

should have waited on booking airfare as it is now about $500 cheaper per ticket.
Depending on the tickets you bought, you may be able to cancel and use the credit to purchase cheaper tickets. You would then have credit for future flights as well.

What’s the cheapest round trip options you all have found? Trying to book flights soon. Thanks
I used Google Flights to help me. I had it tracking multiple flight options out of DSM & MSP.

Considered this, have a family friend who did this in Ireland years ago and loved the convenience. Decided to rent a car instead, still pricey and parking isn't cheap. But looking forward to driving on the wrong side of the road.

Round trip for Omaha to Dublin was just under $1300 when I booked. Stop in Philly on the way and Charlotte on the way back. Fly out on the Wednesday the week before the game and back the Monday after the game.

We're doing some extra travelling while over there, so we fly out of MSP into Dublin and come back from Brussels. We got our seats for under $1600 total. Can't shake a stick at that.
