The other thing to remember is that he isn't all K State has. If he doesn't work out they are only out a scholarship while apparently he was all Frost had.

This guy could run a Collin Klein offense. 10 QB runs a game with Duece Vaughn in the RPO game.. Snyder would approve.

He's incompetent as a P5 passing QB though
I agree re the Klein comparison tho I think he’s a much better runner and he can be an adequate passer. If one looks at his stats they’re quite impressive. We just need to hope he has his average of turnovers on October 8.

Well they have proven they cannot win with Will Howard as QB.

No idea if any of the freshman QBs are any good.

Pretty nice stopgap pickup for them.

Heh...in many ways, the QB situation is identical between Nebby and Iowa. Simply no one of the right caliber to manage a top team. Iowa has an actual defense, unlike the men of corn.

Martinez definitely will fit the KState offense...but the dude will get hurt, just like Thompson.
