The other thing to remember is that he isn't all K State has. If he doesn't work out they are only out a scholarship while apparently he was all Frost had.
The question is are the mistakes a Frost/Nebraska thing or a Martinez thing. Guess we'll find out. I think he'll do well at K-State but we'll see.
I think he will be asked to do a lot less at K-State and they will play to his strengths. Could see this being a good fit.
This guy could run a Collin Klein offense. 10 QB runs a game with Duece Vaughn in the RPO game.. Snyder would approve.

I agree re the Klein comparison tho I think he’s a much better runner and he can be an adequate passer. If one looks at his stats they’re quite impressive. We just need to hope he has his average of turnovers on October 8.
Who? Kstate or Nebraska. Will agree with Nebraska but think he’s worse than Thompson.
K State. I think he is more dangerous than Thompson (but also more likely to make errors).
Probably. Still, Martinez had 1000 more passing yards and 500 more rushing yards (in 3 more games) this year.
Thompson was smart, between the ears it the only place he's better than Martinez. Martinez is a big time athlete, physically, he can do everything. Mentally.....yikes.

Well they have proven they cannot win with Will Howard as QB.
No idea if any of the freshman QBs are any good.
Pretty nice stopgap pickup for them.
I sure hope he doesn't lose his propensity for huge mistakes at critical points in the game. 
Heh...in many ways, the QB situation is identical between Nebby and Iowa. Simply no one of the right caliber to manage a top team. Iowa has an actual defense, unlike the men of corn.
