Not shocked at this. Big Ten could have quite a few openings after this year. Possible or likely:

Indiana
Minnesota
Iowa

Cronin seems to be posturing for an exit at UCLA.

If the Indiana job opens up why wouldn’t someone like Mark Few be interested? I just think Few has done about all he can there. Maybe he’s ultimately happy and will retire there.

He's spent his entire life in the pnw. Indiana would be quite the jump just for one last stint there when he can stay at Gonzaga as long as he wants

Indiana is going to throw the world at Scott Drew. I can see him taking it this time.

Minnesota may not open if he gets 3ish more.
Dunno. All my huge Gopher fan friends that are big donors say he’s toast.

Drew to Indiana I can 100% see and he’d succeed big time.

I'm guessing he's made enough money and has been at Gonzaga for over 35 years.

That's probably what it comes down to. How much longer does he want to coach (he's 62) and would he want to move across country. He might be more prone to take a job like UCLA, Utah or Arizona State than IU. Although, I would expect IU will be willing to pay someone a big chunk of money. Maybe they'll call Danny Hurley (aka Bobby Knight Jr.).

If Drew goes to IU, does Baylor consider Tang? His recent record may not fly, but I could see it being a 'fit' thing.

Think anyone would be a fool to leave a job like UConn, but Hurley is insane enough I can't rule it out.

Though if he turned down the Lakers I can't see him leaving.
